You will then commence the flight training portion. The 20 hours of flight instructor training will have you perform a variety of air manoeuvres and pre-flight briefings as well as post-flight debriefings. Before you complete your final flight test, you will need to successfully pass the theory exam. You will also be required to conduct a ground component briefing as well. 

Once you have successfully passed your theory exam, you will then need to successfully pass your final flight test. Upon completion and meeting the appropriate standard, you will obtain your RA flight instructor rating.
